Goroka Cultural Show Tour Program 2017 – (14 Days/13 nights)

Day 1 - BLD

Arrive Port Moresby. Meet on arrival at Port Moresby airport and transfer to  our hotel. We have breakfast at the hotel and after breakfast tour of Port Moresby and the surrounds including the Outside view of the National

Parliament house, The Botanical gardens, Return for lunch and then after

lunch transfer for your PX flight Port Moresby/MAG.Overnight at Jais Aben

Resort

Day 2 - BLD

After breakfast begin the tour of Madang and the surrounds includes Balek

Wildlife sanctuary, Madang Haus tumbuna, Kalibobo light house and Hobe

village with dances and village activities.In the afternoon return and

overnight at Jais Aben Resort.

Day 3 - BLD

After early breakfast harbor cruise of and the tour of the surrounding

Madang islands and stop at Pic island for snorkeling. Return for lunch and

then after lunch transfer resort to the airport for your CG 1604 flight MAG

/Wewak. Overnight at Inwewak Boutique hotel.

Day 4 - BLD

After breakfast begin your road tour to the Sepik River. Upon arrival at

Pagwi jump onto the waiting canoe to Kanganamun village. Overnight at

Kanganamun village

Day 5 - BLD

After breakfast begin the river tour by visiting middle Sepik River villages  including Palimbe village, Aibom, Chambri Lakes and Yanchen village. Overnight at Kanganamun village

Day 6 - BLD

After breakfast transfer from Kanganamun village to Wewak. Overnight at In

Wewak Boutique hotel

Day 7 - BLD

After breakfast you will be transferred from the hotel to airport for your

CG 1622 flight Wewak/HGU. Upon arrival meet and transfer to hotel. After

getting settled you will begin the tour of Hagen and the surrounds includes

local market, villages, school and a visit Paia kona to see the chief and

his wives. In the afternoon return and overnight at hotel.

Day 8 - B&D

After breakfast begin the tour to Goroka passing through Jiwaka and the

Simbu provinces. You will stop at Daulo pass for the panoramic view of the

Asaro valley. As you descend you will stop at Komunive village to see the

eerie mud man performance and the mud man mask modeling. After the

performance you will head for Goroka to visit the JK McCarthy musuem, Goroka coffee and the Raun Raun Theatre. Overnight at Pacifc Gardens Hotel.

Day 9 - BLD

After breakfast transfer hotel to the show ground and spend the entire day

at the show ground witnessing the cultural performance with the dressing

etc. Have picnic lunch to be served at the show ground. Overnight at Pacific Gardens Hotel

Day 10 - BLD

After breakfast transfer hotel to the show ground to spend the entire day at the show ground witnessing the cultural performance with the dressing etc. Have picnic lunch to be served at the show ground. Witness the closing

ceremony. Overnight at Pacific Gardens Hotel

Day 11 - BLD

After breakfast transfer hotel to the airport for your PX flight Goroka/POM

and then connect to Rabaul. After lunch PM tour of Kokopo and the surrounds.  Overnight at Kokopo beach Hotel

Day 12 - BLD

After breakfast begin your full day tour of Kokopo village tours and the

surrounds. Return and overnight at Kokopo Beach Hotel

Day 13 - BLD

After breakfast transfer hotel to the airport for your PX flight Rab/POM.

Upon arrival meet and transfer to hotel. After lunch begin the tour of POM

city and the surrounds includes the outside view of the Parliament house,

National musuem, Adventure park and the Hanuabada villages. Return and

overnight at Loloata Island Resort

Day 14  - B

After breakfast transfer hotel to the airport for your International PX

flight POM/SIN.
