CAFE DAUBAN – Overlooking Silhouette’s peak on one side and the Indian Ocean on the other, Cafe Dauban is the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner, offering refined world cuisine and Creole specialties for themed buffet nights. Opening hours: 0700hrs – 1100hrs for breakfast and 1900hrs – 2200hrs for dinner 
GRANN KAZ – Authentic Creole cuisine for dinner within a beautiful 140-year-old Creole house, with specialties such as octopus curry, palm heart salad, chilli ice-cream and home-brewed pepper rum. Opening hours: 1900hrs – 2200hrs 
PORTOBELLO – Fine Italian cuisine and an impressive wine selection under the stars adjacent to a flowing mountain stream (dinner only) Opening hours: 1900hrs – 2200hrs 
SAKURA – Grilled seafood, sushi and southeast Asian specialties served from an open kitchen next to the freshwater lagoon (dinner only) Opening hours: 1900hrs – 2200hrs 
TEPPANYAKI – The island’s showpiece restaurant with live Japanese display-cooking under a pavilion on the edge of the lagoon. Opening hours: 1900hrs – 2200hrs   
PIZZERIA – Freshly made gourmet pizza and snacks for lunch and dinner in a relaxed, island-style atmosphere. Opening hours: 1200hrs – 1700hrs  
BAR LO BRIZAN – Open all day offering snacks and cocktails, with live music. Opening hours: 0900hrs – 0100hrs

The Silhouette Spa, built into pre-existing ancient granite rock formations, has six double treatment rooms around an impressive courtyard of rock, stone and jungle
