Day 1: New York Arrive in New York, America's largest city. Transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure.

Day 2: New York You have a full day to explore all the attractions, sites and excitement this great city has to offer. 

Day 3: New York - Boston    Depart for New England and Boston. Along the Atlantic coast, travel through Connecticut  where we recommend a stop at the famous Yale University located in the town of New Haven or stop at Mystic Seaport. If time permits a visit to Newport, RI, should be included. This beautiful town is called "America's First Resort" after many of America's wealthiest individuals built magnificent summer homes here around the turn of the century. Today, many of these mansions are museums. Apx. 213 mi / 340 km

Day 4: Boston Enjoy a full day in Boston with all its attractions. Many sites can easily be explored by foot, like 
a walk along historic Freedom Trail. Other notable sights include the Boston Common and Faneuil Hall.

Day 5: Boston - White Mountains   Today you will travel through the beautiful White Mountain National Forest. Snowcapped Mt. Washington is the highest peak in the Northeast. Enjoy an overnight stay in this area to savor the natural beauty of the White Mountains. Apx. 119 mi / 190 km

Day 6: White Mountains - Québec City  Continue north towards Canada. Along the way pay a visit to Franconia Notch State Park. Take the aerial tramway up Cannon Mountain and enjoy spectacular views of the White Mountains and beyond. Continue on towards Québec City. Day 7: Québec City This quaint city is considered to be the "most European" city in all of North America. While not the largest of the falls, Niagara Falls does not fail to have visitors stand in awe before them. This magnificent spectacle borders Canadian and American terrain and should be viewed from both sides. A ride aboard the Hornblower Cruises (May-Oct) is not to be missed (included). Day 13: Niagara Falls - Lancaster   Continue your journey south, through the Allegheny National Park and the state of Pennsylvania. You arrive in Bedford, a picturesque little town filled with history. Day 14: Lancaster - Washington   On today's leg to the Nation's Capital you should not miss paying a visit to Gettysburg, site of the infamous Civil War battle.
