SOUTH AMERICAN INSPIRATION

Day 1 Lima
Arrival in Lima and transfer to Hotel Britania.

Day 2 Lima
Half day city tour with visit to the Larco Herrera Museum. 

Day 3 Lima - Cusco
Flight to Cusco. Half day city tour with visit to the ruins surrounding Cusco. Overnight at Hotel Eco Inn. 

Day 4 Cusco - Machu Picchu - Cusco
Full day excursion to visit the famous Machu Picchu by train and bus.  

Day 5 Cusco - Arequipa
Flight to Arequipa and overnight at Posada del Monasterio.  Day 6 Arequipa City tour incl. visit to Santa Catalina Monastery. 

Day 7 / 8 Arequipa - Colca Canyon - Arequipa
2-day excursion to the Colca Canyon including visits and lunch. Overnight at Hotel Eco Inn Colca. 

Day 9 Arequipa - Tacna - Arica
Full day transfer to Arica across the Chilean border. Overnight at Hotel Arica. Day 10 Arica Full day excursion to Lauca National Park incl. Lunchbox. 

Day 11 Arica - Calama - San Pedro de Atacma
Transfer to the airport and flight to Calama. Transfer to Hotel Casa don Tomas in San Pedro de Atacama.  

Day 12 San Pedro de Atacama
Full day excursion to visit the village of San Pedro, the Salar de Atacama, Pucara de Quitor, Toconao and the Moon valley for sunset. 

Day 13 San Pedro - Calama - Santiago
Excursion to the El Tatio Geysers with breakfast-box.  Continue to the ruins of Lasana, the church of Chiu Chiu and transfer to the airport in Calama. Flight to Santiago and transfer to Hotel Torremayor. 

Day 14 Santiago
City tour with visit to the Cerro San Cristóbal. Excursion to the Maipo Valley to visit the winery Undurraga. 

Day 15 Santiago - Mendoza
Full day transfer to Mendoza in Argentina (for FIT´s in public bus without guide). Overnight at Hotel Huentala. 

Day 16 Mendoza
Half day city tour. Optional: Half day visit to a typical winery. 

Day 17 Mendoza - Salta
Flight to Salta. Half day city tour. Overnight at Hotel Ayres de Salta. 
 
Day 18 Salta -  Purmamarca - Salta
Full day excursion to the beautiful Salinas Grandes (Salt Lakes), the Humahuaca Gorge and the town of Purmamarca. 

Day 19 Salta - Cachi - Cafayate
Enjoy a visit to the Calchaquies Valley with its colourful rock formations and the picturesque village of Cachi. Continue driving along route No. 40 to Cafayate. 

Day 20 Cafayate - Salta - Buenos Aires
Transfer from Cafayate to the airport of Salta. On the way guests will come through the Quebrada del Rio Las Conchas, declared Natural Monument by the UNESCO due to the bizarre formations and colours of its hills. Flight to Buenos Aires. Overnight at Hotel De las Americas. 

Day 21 Buenos Aires
Half day city tour in Buenos Aires. 

Day 22 Buenos Aires
End of this roundtrip and transfer to the airport for your individual departure flight.
