DAY 01 AIRPORT–COLOMBO                               (D)  
Arrive in Sri Lanka. Clients will be met by our representative on arrival and transferred to Colombo. 
Afternoon commence a city tour of Colombo. 
City tour of Colombo - like many capital cities in developing countries is fast changing its face.  Almost overnight, skyscrapers arise from where old buildings once stood.  Yet in some parts, the old world charm is retained.  For example, there is a 100-year-old clock tower and several British built colonial buildings.  Other places of interest are the Pettah bazaar - where one can shop for bargain, a Hindu and a Buddhist temple (Gangarama), Independent squire, Galle Face Green, Haber and the residential areas where you find the stately homes of the affluent.

DAY 02 COLOMBO–BALAPITIYA–AMBALANGODA–MIRISSA                                                      (B/D)  
After breakfast proceed to Galle. 
Visit a visit a Turtle Farm in Kosgoda. 
Leave for Balapitiya & do Madu River Boat Safari. 
A tranquil boat ride on the Madu river where exotic birds and animals call the river-banks their home, enjoy the sights and sounds of this hidden gem where you will be captured in an intimate experience from seeing wild-life to later, learning about the wonderful turtle-sanctuary doing hard work to protect an endangered species. 
Afternoon commence a brief city tour of Galle. 
Visit Dutch Fort in Galle. Portuguese built the first fort to withstand attack from the Sri Lankan kingdoms to the north. The Dutch entrance to the fort with it VOC with 1669 carved in the inner archway is still in use. 
Visit Galle National Museum. 
Galle National Museum displays a wide range of archaeological and anthropological objects inherited in Southern region. Collection of traditional masks used in various rituals, collection of ornamental objects made up of turtle shells, ancient wooden carvings and a Beeralu collection are important visitor attractive exhibits in the museum. The influence of Dutch is depicted by the equipments used in Dutch ships came to the Galle harbor. Large water vessels, V.O.C. porcelain objects and arms and weapons used by the Dutch soldiers are among the exposition.

DAY 03 MIRISSA–TISSAMAHARAMA                                                                                   (B/D)  
Early morning Whale Watching in Mirissa. 
Whale and dolphin watching are exciting and unique activities for Mirissa Water Sports and are the first and longest established whale watching operator on the south coast of Sri Lanka. The frequent sightings all year round has put Sri Lanka and the Mirrissa area on the worlds 'Top Hot Spots' for sperm and blue whale sightings. 
Leave for Tissamaharama.

DAY 04  TISSAMAHARAMA–YALA SAFARI–TISSAMAHARAMA                                                          (B/D) 
After Breakfast leave for Yala. 
Commence a Full day Jeep Safari in Yala National Park. 
Yala National Park - is an important national park in the Southern Province of Sri Lanka. 
This popular reserve has more than 400 wild Asian Elephants, which are relatively easy to see in this open habitat. Yala also has a dozen or so Leopards, although seeing this largely nocturnal carnivore requires considerable luck. There are good numbers of Crocodiles, Golden Jackals, Water Buffalo and Grey Iangurs amongst other large animals. The open parkland attracts birds pf prey such as White-bellied Sea Eagle Crested Serpent Eagle, Fish Eagle Booted eagle, Changeable Hawk Eagle and the wetlands have waders and Painted Storks. Land birds are in abundance, and include Indian Roller, Indian Peafowl, Malabar Pied Hornbill.

DAY 05 TISSAMAHARAMA–BUNDALA SAFARI–UDAWALAWE SAFARI                                                   (B/D) 
After breakfast leave for Bundala.  
Commence a safari to Bundala National Park by jeep.  
Bundala National Park – 250 km’s from Colombo on the Colombo Tissa road. This was declared as a sanctuary on 5.12.1969 and upgraded as a National Park later. Only 24sq. miles in extent. Easily accessible though the wild animal population is limited. This is famous for large flocks of birds, specially the migrant Flamingoes, Ducks and Wades, and birds like Pelicans, Painted Storks,White-necked Storks, Black-necked Storks, Cormorants and other aquatic birds.  
Thereafter leave for Udawalawe. 
Afternoon commence a Jeep Safari in Udawalawe National Park. 
Udawalawe National Park lies on the boundary of Sabaragamuwa and Uva Provinces, in Sri Lanka. The national park was created to provide a sanctuary for wild animals displaced by the construction of the Udawalawe reservoir on the Walawe River, as well as to protect the catchment of the reservoir. The reserve covers 30,821 hectares of land area and was established on 30 June 1972. The park is 165 kilometres from Colombo. Udawalawe is an important habitat for water birds and Sri Lankan Elephants. It is a popular tourist destination and the third most visited park in the country.

DAY 06 UDAWALAWE–SINHARAJA TREKKING–RATNAPURA                                                       (B/D)  
After breakfast leave for Sinharaja & trekking in Sinharaja Rainforest in the afternoon. 
Starting point will be Rainforest Eco Lodge. 
Sinharaja Forest Reserve is a national park and a biodiversity hotspot in Sri Lanka. It is of international significance and has been designated a Biosphere Reserve and World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The hilly virgin rainforest, part of the Sri Lanka lowland rain forests ecoregion, was saved from the worst of commercial logging by its inaccessibility, and was designated a World Biosphere Reserve in 1978 and a World Heritage Site in 1988. The reserve's name translates as Kingdom of the Lion.

DAY 07 RATNAPURA–AIRPORT                                                                                             (B)  
After breakfast leave Airport.
