Day 1  Montevideo
Arrival at Montevideo airport or port and transfer to the hotel.  Afternoon for leisure. 

Day 2  Montevideo
City tour inclusive stop at the Plaza de Constitucion with the cathedral and the colonial town hall. Survey the magnificent  Teatro Solis. Transfer to the Plaza Independencia with the   monument of Artigas, a national hero, and the mausoleum. 

Day 3  Montevideo-Colonia-Buenos Aires
Transfer to the bus terminal, journey by public bus to Colonia. Guided walking city tour of Colonia ending at the pier. Ferry crossing to Buenos Aires in Argentina.  

Day 4  Buenos Aires
Half day city Tour of Buenos Aires, the “Paris” of South     America. Visit the colourful La Boca district, the famous May Square, modern Puerto Madero, and beautiful Recoleta      Cemetery.   

Day 5  Buenos Aires
The day is at leisure for own activities. Optional: Visit to a typical Estancia - get to know the charm of the Argentine countryside and its wild aroma. The full day visit includes horse riding, carriage rides and a typical BBQ lunch.   Optional: Visit of San Telmo flea market. 

Day 6  Buenos Aires
Half day excursion to the Tigre Delta (seat-in).  Optional: Tango Show including dinner.  

Day 7  Buenos Aires - Iguassú
Flight to Iguassú. The Iguazu falls are made up of 275 separate waterfalls, providing a sensational sight! Producing vast sprays of water, it is one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the world. Remainder of the day at leisure. Visit to the Argentinian Side of the Iguazu National Park, including the Devil’s Throat with the highest continuous fall. Wonderful sights include rainbows straddling clouds of spray, screeching green parrots flying across the waters and colorful butterflies hovering over lush greenery.  

Day 8  Iguassú
Visit to the Brazilian side of the falls with views of the full scale of the cascades. Afternoon for leisure. 

Day 9  Iguassú
Rio de Janeiro  Flight to Rio de Janeiro. Half day city tour with amazing views at the top of Sugar Loaf Mountain. 

Day 10 Rio de Janeiro
Full day city tour including scenic drive to the bottom of Corcovado Hill and at top of the Sugar Loaf mountain with amazing views over the city. Optional: Rio by night - Samba Show. 

Day 11 Rio de Janeiro
Transfer to the airport for home-bound flight or individual         extension program.
