Day 01                                                                                                                              Manaus

• Transfer Manaus airport - hotel

Upon arrival in Manaus you will be transferred to your hotel.

Day 02                                                                                                         Manaus – Amazonas

• Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
• Half day city tour Manaus
• Amazon Ecopark Lodge package (3 days / 2 nights, Seat-in basis)

You will be picked up at your hotel for a half day city tour through Manaus. During the tour you will be able to have a taste of the Manaus of the rubber boom days, as well as of the thriving metropolis that has made it such a coveted tourist destination today. Among the highlights of our tour are: the Rio Negro Palace, former Official Site of the State Government, the Indian Museum with a fantastic display of artefacts produced by tribes of the Upper Negro river; a regional handicraft exhibition with some items on sale; downtown with its floating harbour, which adjusts to the river's ever-changing levels; and the Art Nouveau cast-iron, turn-of-the-century Municipal Market "Adolpho Lisboa" where all imaginable regional goods are sold and the outstanding Opera House - Teatro Amazonas, inaugurated in 1896.

In the afternoon transfer to Amazon Ecopark Lodge passing by the meeting of the Waters, the "Encontro das Águas", which is a popular sight because the two rivers Rio Negro and Rio Solimões are so different in character and composition, they flow side by side without mixing for several kilometers.

Upon arrival at the lodge you will be welcomed with local juices.

The Amazon Ecopark Lodge is located in Rio Tarumã - a tributary of Rio Negro -approximately one hour from Manaus airport (30 minutes by boat from the Tropical Hotel pier), in the middle of the Amazon Forest. Over 6 miles of jungle trails enable the client to explore the jungle, orchids and giant trees. Amazon Ecopark Lodge offers 60 apartments in 20 bungalows (3 each), made of wood. The apartments entrance, porch and bathroom are completely independent, are all air conditioned, with hot shower and screened windows. Rustic, but also charming decorated.

Rest of the day is at leisure for own activities.

Dinner and Overnight at Amazon Ecopark (standard room)

Day 03                                                                                                                         Amazonas

• Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

• Amazon Ecopark Lodge package (3 days / 2 nights, Seat-in basis)

After breakfast you will enjoy a nature hike. After lunch and a short rest, visit to the home of local Amazonian residents ("caboclos") with an opportunity for piranha fishing.

Dinner and night tour by canoe for Alligator Spotting.

Day 04                                                                                                         Amazonas - Manaus

• Meals: Breakfast
• Transfer Lodge - airport Manaus (Seat-in basis)

After breakfast visit to the Jungle Monkey. Check-out at 11:30 a.m. and transfer to Manaus airport.
